Tammy Opheim, EA
I recently joined the team at Fitchitt & Benedict in November 2006. I have over 20 years experience in the tax field with an emphasis on individual taxation. Not only do I focus on income tax compliance services for all types of taxpayers, but I also spend a significant amount of my time researching complex tax matters and assisting clients in tax planning for the future. I also received my enrolled agent certification with the Internal Revenue Service in 2003, enabling me to represent taxpayers and practice before the IRS.

My hobbies include boating, camping and most of all traveling with my family. I enjoy spending summers in Eastern Washington which is also where we are building our vacation home in Lake Chelan.

Building client relationships is the most rewarding part of my job and I have really enjoyed getting to know our clients. I am very fortunate to be part of such a professional team and look forward to meeting and assisting our clients with their tax needs.
