I specialize in the areas of business advisory services and the valuation of closely-held businesses. Assisting family businesses in succession planning is also a very rewarding part of our work.

My other activities include teaching continuing education classes in business valuation and the purchase and sale of privately-held companies, serving as a director of a regional community bank, and commercial panel member of the American Arbitration Association.

I enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time with my wife, Carole and our dog, Buddy.
