I joined Bill Fitchitt in 1994 and formed Fitchitt, Benedict + Clark, PS, Inc. because I was looking for a way to specialize in small businesses. I find them exciting because of the impact management can have on their success. I practice mostly in the accounting and auditing disciplines of the profession, specializing in business consulting and business valuations.

My experiences have included local and regional CPA firms as well as working in private accounting as the controller of a seafood company. This private accounting experience brings a perspective similar to that of the clients I work with today. The best benefit of my position at FB+C is the different types of businesses and business strategies I have observed over the years.

I enjoy golfing and skiing, but currently I spend many hours watching the sports of my children, gymnastics and soccer.

I have been an active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, serving as their Chairman of the Board in 2002-2003 and currently serve on the board of Auburn Youth Resources. Giving back to the community is a top priority for me.
